1. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Zero Search Tracking: Word lookups, definitions, and morphological queries run entirely against the local on-device database. No query strings are sent to any server.
• Zero Personal Identification: We never request your name, phone number, contacts, email address, physical location, photos, or device files.
• Zero Third-Party Advertising: Jahnabi Avidhan has no advertisements. We do not integrate with Google AdMob, Unity, Facebook Audience Network, or any data brokers.

2. Local Storage on Device

Features such as Study Notebooks, Flashcards (SRS), Recent Lookups, and Bookmarks are saved strictly within your phone's private application storage. You can delete or clear this data anytime from the Android App Settings.

3. In-App Billing & Licensing

Core dictionary lookups are completely free. If you choose to support the project via an optional lifetime license:

• Payments are processed securely by Google Play In-App Billing. We never have access to your credit card, debit card, bank, or UPI details.
• Google Sign-In is optionally used solely to restore your purchase across multiple Android devices using your anonymous Google Account ID.

4. Android Permissions

The app requests minimal Android permissions:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required only for Google Play license verification and checking for optional linguistic database updates.
• com.android.vending.BILLING: Required for standard Google Play in-app purchases.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)

Jahnabi Avidhan is an educational and linguistic reference application designed for students, teachers, scholars, and language enthusiasts of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
